Monitoring Purchased Subscriptions

A Site Coordinator can view the status and use of all a site’s student subscriptions. Here's how:

  1. Log into your Site Coordinator account at
  2. Click Site Coordinator.
  3. Click the Subscriptions tab. An overview of your site’s subscriptions will open.

    Note: This view shows the name and date of purchase of your subscriptions, the Access Code required to activate them, the quantity in use, the number remaining, and the name of the person to whom the subscriptions were sent.

  4. Click the number in the Remaining column to the see names of each student who has used a subscription as well as the number of unused/remaining subscriptions.

Subscriptions purchased for your program/site will be automatically applied to students when they attempt to complete assignments that require a subscription to access.
